  1. Rental Application which can be obtained by clicking here. You are welcome to download and complete electronically or print and write clearly

  2. Full and complete credit report for each individual who is listed on the Rental Application (where applicable).

  3. Confirmation of employment for each individual who is listed on the Rental Application (where applicable).

  4. Copies of 3 current pay stubs or a letter of employment for each individual who is listed on the Rental Application (where applicable).


It is important to note that only full and complete packages will be reviewed. These packages can be dropped off at 14 Gibbons Street in Oshawa or emailed to shelley@wa.ca.


Please note that you will not be asked to sign any lease paperwork nor will you be asked to submit a deposit until you are the successful candidate. Upon review of all of the applications received, the lease will not be signed until you meet the landlord in person and both parties agree to proceed.
